Annual General Meeting

Committee Members present:
Joe Bugeja, Lino Bugeja, Marianne Bugeja, Sandro Bugeja, Rita Buhagiar, Romano Cassar, Jane Farrugia, Marie-Louise Muscat Azzopardi, Frank Spiteri, Alex Vella, Carmen Vella, Louis Vella, Anne Zammit
Excused: Joe Agius (sick)
The meeting was called for 10:00 am but could only begin at 10:15 am due to lack of a quorum.
President’s Address: Lino Bugeja
Administrative: Hon Secretary Alex Vella (see attached)
Finance Report: Treasurer Rita Buhagiar
Mr Joe Scicluna and Mr Hans Pasman volunteered and were accepted as auditors.
Legal Report: Head of Legal Commission Louis Vella (see attached)
Environment Report: Head of Environment Commission Anne Zammit (see attached)
PR Report: PRO Joe Agius, read by Romano Cassar (see attached)
No committee elections were due this year.
Task Force
A task force was proposed by the Hon Secretary, to handle various administrative and environmental issues. Several members volunteered:
Anne Zammit, Caroline Waddington, Joe Attard, Salv Grech, Alex Vella, Tony Borg, Marcel Pisani.
Walk Leaders
A set of books were presented to each of the walk leaders who conducted walks over the last years.
The meeting was adjourned at 12.20pm for next year.
